Lalita Sundari and her business partner grew a 6-figure wellness spa from a basement to a storefront during COVID without loans, outside investors, or paid ads in just two years.

Her approach blends strategy and soul. With a background in international business , Lalita brings almost a decade of experience in the wellness industry, trauma-informed coaching, and business.

Born with an alignment for systems, marketing, sales and leadership, according to her human design, she is passionate about health wellness, technology and the human mind.

She’s also certified massage therapist, health coach, yoga teacher, and trauma-informed relationship coach giving her a deep understanding of human needs, and the industry of self care.

She has trained with some of the most respected voices in marketing, sales, leadership, and AI technology, including Melanie Ann Layer, Kayla Hudges, Layla Martin, Zak Rodde, Jessica Viera, Niche Arlow, Diana Zuluaga, Mina Erfan, and Alex Beadon.

Now, through the SHE BUILD SPAS, Lalita teaches spa owners how to utilize technology and psychology to growth their business and create freedom.
